Return Of New Items:
- We accept returns of new, unused, and unopened items within 30 days of receipt, with the exception of all Feizy rugs which will be within 21 days of receipt. Returns of opened, used, soiled, or washed items will not be accepted.

for address to ship returns to. Full refunds may not be given for items returned without contacting us first.
- Please include with your return a copy of your packing list or original confirmation email, with your returned item(s) marked. Include a reason for the return.
- Returns of bed pillows and mattress pads will not be accepted.
- Shipping paid by the customer will not be refunded.
- Any order returned that qualified for free shipping will have our actual shipping cost deducted from the refund.
- All costs related to shipping the returned item back to us are to be prepaid by the customer and will not be refunded.
- We are not responsible for lost packages. For your own security, please use a shipping method that provides proof of shipment and delivery and insure the shipment.
- Please do not bring returns to physical stores unless prior approval to do so has been given.
Exchange Of New Items:
- Following the directions above, return the unwanted item to us and submit a new order through our website for the item you want.
Incorrect, Damaged, Or Defective Items:
